POLICY TYPE: EXECUTIVE LIMITATIONS EL #1

POLICY TITLE: GLOBAL EXECUTIVE CONSTRAINT

The Executive Director shall not cause or allow any organizational practice, activity, decision or circumstance, which is:

  1. illegal,
  2. imprudent, or
  3. unethical.

Policy on Precedents and Organizational History (2012)

In the absence of explicit policies or by-laws, any future decisions must be made in a way that, when relevant, appeals to precedent, as established by previously documented decisions or through other forms of organizational history.
